Balega Socks Giveaway!

Balega has so kindly given me THREE pairs of Balgea Women's Enduro socks to give to lucky readers! If you remember I posted about Balegas being my one true sock love. These things are like little pieces of heaven on your feet.

Okay, so I know that these are "women's socks" and all, but Boyfriend (who is also a Balega sock convert) has stated for the record that while he would not wear the pink socks, he would wear the blue ones. The blue socks are also the size large socks. I personally wouldn't give a guy flack for wearing the pink socks, either!

I have one pair of size small, one of size medium, and one of size large. I apologize to anyone who would have needed an XS or XL sock... But face it, you've got freaky sized feet!

Here is a handy size chart so you know what size you are:

So what do you have to do to have a chance to win? Just post a comment and answer two questions: 1) If you could only run ONE more organized race your entire life which one would you choose to be your last & why? and 2) What size sock do you want?

So I would post, "I ♥ Balega Socks! I'd do the Edinburgh Marathon since I started my journey to becoming a runner in Edinburgh. I'm a size small."

Just do that and you have one entry to a random drawing! If you want two entries, just post a link on your blog back to this giveaway post, post a comment with a link to your blog post, and I'll enter your name twice!

I'll let this run until August 20th, 11:59 pm PST.

Good luck and have fun!

I would want to run boston, because that means that I would have had to qualify to run it and that means I would have to be running FAST! :) I am a small as well!

I've never tried Balega socks, but I'd love to!

It is my DREAM to run the Great Wall Marathon so I'd have to choose that one. It just seems like such an incredible experience.

(P.S. I'm a large)

(Don't know if I'm supposed to follow your format but will do just in case...)

I ♥ Balega Socks! I'd do the Badwater 135 because it is truly the ultimate journey to hell and back. Should I survive this race, I think my outlook on life would do a 180 for the better. I'll be most honored to be called a 'crazy runner' and will rightfully earn my Running Fool stripes after this one!

I am a medium.

I would run the Ottawa Marathon since it's my home and everyone I know could cheer, plus I've never run the full marathon at home since I always figure I can do it later.

I'd need a size Large.

I would want to run the Robin Hood Marathon in Nottingham England so I could visit our rabbit friends Miss Eve and Neville and their bunny slave. I would do this wearing my size LARGE Balega socks.

I'm not posting to enter the give-away, since I have lots of pairs of these babies already! They really are comfy and RoadBunner got me hooked on them!

Oh man that's a toughie! B/c I've now jumped on the triathloning train, I'm going to say the Kona Ironman b/c that would mean I would have had to qualify to get into the championships =). Plus, an Ironman includes a marathon and who wouldn't want to run a marathon in Hawaii?!?!

According to the size chart I could be either medium or large but I'll go with large in hopes that not that many peeps will have as big of feet as moi.

Yay, giveaway.

well I loooove these socks! I am new to running (big) races so I would say it has to be one in San Francisco...cause I love it there, so the Nike Marathon which I am training for now (the 1/2) Size Medium here.

Did the question mean one more race ever or one specific race each year? I guess it doesn't matter.

I would say the Krispy Kreme challenge because it would mean that I was hardcore and had a stomach of steel.

And I'm a small. Yay, Asian feet!

I have never tried Balega socks, but they sound wonderful!

If I could run one race, I would want to run Boston. Running in boston means you kicked butt enough to be there & you are among the few that kicked butt to be there too! :) :) :)

I am a size medium! :)

Oh, I love Balega socks!!

Hmmm, only one more organized race ever? I really want to run the Medoc Marathon. Run through wine country in France, tasting wine the entire 26.2 miles? Sounds like one amazing race finale if you ask me!

I'm a size M!

Ohhh LOVE Balega socks!!

I would run the Army Ten Miler in Washington, DC. I do the race each year with my brother and it has such great spirit. It is really touching to see the soldiers and their families out there. And there are lots of "ooh rahs" going on!

I am a size medium :)

I actually own quite a few Balega socks and love them-luckily I don't fall into the freakishly large size foot category!! But I would be a large!! OK still kinda freakishly large for a girl! As for the race I would run-that is a tough one. I've run NYC already-and that was one of the races I've always wanted to run.......so I think I'd like to run the Prague marathon. I was in Prague when the marathon was run about 7 years ago-the city is such a magical wonderful place! I fell in love with it there. i ran while I was there-it's such an amazing way to see any city!

Ooh, I have one pair of those socks and like them quite a bit, esp. for cold weather races where my feet don't swell up much so they add more cushioning.

I'd do the Kona Ironman because it is the World Championship and held in my favorite place in the world :-)

Oh, I'm a small too.

my ultimate marathon experience would (hopefully) be san sebastian in spain. it's reportedly absolutely gorgeous, and the city is apparently tapas "heaven". the only problem is it has a 4:30 cutoff....if i could do it it would mean i've gotten crazy fast, for me!

large sox, please!

If I could only run ONE more organized race your entire life which one would you - the Knee Knacker, a 50km trail run up the Baden-Powell trail. Because one it's challenging, but more importantly for the scenery, it's gorgeous

Size small

On another note, I'd like to say I really like your blog
